Designed for USA Triathlon Level 1 coaches wishing to advance in their business.  This course consists of 6 separate 60 minute 1:1 sessions with Coach Kris Swarthout. You will meet once every other week for 12 weeks via video conference.  Each session will cover one of the topics below.  At the end of the program you will be eligible to receive 6 USAT Coaching CEU's. Completion of the Level 1 Coaching Mentorship prior this course is strongly recommended.
