A web- and phone-based coaching program for performance oriented clients who may be participating in events and/or have specific fitness goals. Performance Coaching includes:

  • A comprehensive custom training plan incorporating aerobic, strength, and flexibility training
  • Careful monitoring and expert manipulation of training variables and methods of measuring intensity to help you build strength and speed while avoiding overtraining.
  • Plan adjustments to account for business travel, schedule changes, etc.
  • Premium Training Peaks account
  • Unlimited client initiated coach contact via phone, email or text

A 60-minute session spent with your coach working on anything the two of you should wish to work on.

Performance Testing/Analysis

Using state of the art technology and methodology, we can analyze almost any motion based activity and prescribe a plan to improve your technique and performance. Sessions typically last 60 minutes.
